Sales Settings Menu

The settings menu in Gallery Designer is where you can set your available Products, Collections, and Composites.  You can also add a Logo, Legal agreement, and Tax/VAT.

Products Menu

The gear icon in the top right corner will open your settings menu, defaulting to the Products menu.

From here you can choose whether to show only products sold by Fundy Direct partner labs.

If not using Fundy Direct, you can use the drop down menu to choose your preferred lab.  You can choose multiple labs.

When choosing the type of art, you can choose multiple materials.  The material chosen will have to be available from at least one of the labs you chose.

Clicking on a size will drop down the materials available for that size, as well as which lab provides that option.  In this case, both Miller's and ProDPI give the option of 8x10 canvases and prints, but only ProDPI has a wood option.

This is also where you will set the price for each size and material option.  Simply clicking on the price box will allow you to type and edit each item individually.  For this example, items differ in price based on size and on lab.

Checking the box for which products are active will let the software know which size you want to offer your clients.  If the box is empty, that size will not be available during the design process in any material.

A partially filled box indicates that the size has not been made available in every material.

For example, with the above selections during the design process I would be able to create an 8x12 Canvas or Print of an image, but when resizing a Framed Print the 8x12 would not be available.

The price you set initially will default to "Tier 1".  Turning Pricing Tiers ON will give you columns to set tiers two and three.

Collections Menu

Collections Menu

You can re-name your five available collections here.  For example, you may have layouts with three or four images in your Silver Collection, five or six image in your Gold Collection, and seven or eight images in the Platinum Collection.  You can save multiple layouts within a collection, more on how to put together a collection here

This is where you can change the name of your Composite groups.  As in Collections, many users will group composites by number of images included or material used.

You will have the ability to change your currency symbol and include a Tax or VAT rate.

You also have the option to turn this off if unnecessary.
