Your images may not all be in the same folder:
When you import your images into Fundy Designer, the software simply creates proxies of those images to keep it running smoothly; however, when you export your design, the software will pull the full-resolution image for export. If you have imported images into Fundy Designer from more than one folder, this may be preventing the software from exporting your design.
To fix this, first make sure you copy all images into a single folder. Next, go to Images > Re-sync Images from the top menu of Fundy Designer and select that new folder to re-sync all of your images. Once you've done that, try exporting again. If you continue to have trouble exporting, follow the steps below.
Your images may be missing:
If you use iCloud, OneDrive, or Dropbox to backup your hard drive, it's important that your images are fully synced to your local hard drive, as when you export designs from Fundy Designer, the software will pull the full-resolution image for export.

Your Images may be corrupt:
You'll need either re-export your images from Lightroom (be sure to include all metadata) and skip to step 3 or follow the process below with Image Processor. To re-save the images using Image Processor within Photoshop. Here are the steps:
1. Open Photoshop and go to: File > Scripts > Image Processor.
2. Within Image Processor, the first step is to select the folder containing your images. The next step, to export them as JPEGs into a new folder (Note: do not use special characters in folder name). If these images were taken on an iPhone, please make sure to select Convert Profile to sRGB.
3. Use the new set of photos instead of the ones you were using previously to ensure the correct image rotation is saved. To do this, go back into the project in Fundy, then go to Images > Re-Sync Images from the top menu of the software and select the newly created folder, then click Open to re-sync. More info about the re-syncing process can be found here.
4. Try exporting from Fundy again. If your software continues to crash or freeze, submit a ticket to our support team. One of our agents will be happy to help you troubleshoot.
