Resetting your app database can be a good way to fix a global problem and one of the first steps in troubleshooting issues.
It will also force a new download of the most current print size library and album company data.
Resetting the App Database on Mac
Soft Reset on Mac
To do a soft reset of the Fundy App Database on Mac, hold down the OPTION key and open the software as you would normally. You can also hold down the OPTION key while right-clicking the Fundy Designer icon and then select Open.
You will then be prompted to Clear all Fundy Designer settings before startup. Select OK
Hard Reset on Mac
If you have price settings, custom layouts, or custom composites saved to your software, this information will be erased when resetting your app database. We recommend going to Edit > Export User Data to save this data to your desktop as a .fud file, which you can later re-import
To do a hard app database reset of Fundy on a Mac:
1. Hold option key and click Go in top navigation bar.
2. Click on "Library". If you cannot find the Library folder, click here to find hidden folders on Mac
3. Click on "Application Support"
4. Find the FundySoftware folder and open -> if data folder is inside, go back to the FundyDesigner folder
5. Rename this folder as FundyDesignerOLD
6. Restart Fundy, click agree

1. Go to: Local Disk (C:)
2. Click on "Users" (click on your name) > "AppData"
3. Click "Roaming"
4. Open the FundySoftware folder
5. Rename the FundyDesigner folder as FundyDesignerOLD
6. Restart Fundy, click agree
