Here's how you can login and access your account. The Customer Portal is where you will manage your Direct orders, track order progress, manage your password, shipping and account information as well as manage your Fundy Designer registrations.
You can access the Customer Portal at any time from the menu in Fundy Designer. Click on the menu "My Orders" and select "Check Orders". This will launch your web browser and take you to the login screen for the online Customer Portal. Enter your email and password (same credentials you use to log into Fundy Designer) and click the Login link.
When you have successfully logged into your account portal, it will open with the Dashboard view. This will show any recent orders and gives you a quick overview of your account.
You can navigate to any of the Customer Portal functions by clicking the icons at the top of the page. This is the account screen where you can manage all the information associated with your Fundy Designer and Direct account.
1) Click the key icon to change your login password. This will change the password you use when logging into Fundy Designer and the Customer Account Portal.
2) Clicking the mail icon will email a password reset to you. This will also change the password you use to log into Fundy Designer and the Customer Account Portal.
You can also change any personal information here as well. You can even upload an avatar picture! Once you are finished making any changes, click the green "Update" button.
3) This side of the screen shows your Fundy Designer product licenses. You can manage and reset your registration seats by clicking the padlock icon.
Each purchase of Fundy Designer includes (2) registered machines. You can free up a registration to use on another computer (such as a laptop for traveling, etc.) by going to the Help menu in Fundy Designer and choosing "Log Out". Then you can log in with your credentials on another machine.
If all your registrations are being used and you want to clear or reset your registrations, this is an easy way to quickly do that.
The Order History page will show a list of all your Direct album orders as well as the status of those orders. To view more detailed information on any order, click the order to open and view the order details.
The Order History for any Direct album will feature a wide range of information, with every detail of your order.
