If you have created a card design that you really like, you have the ability to save the design sets for future use! We also have a Design Library with predesigned cards.
The following is covered in this article:
Save as Card Design Set
From the Export menu you are given the option to save your entire design as a Design Set.
Once you click Save as Design Set, the save menu will come up. Enter the name, any applicable tags, and see a preview of the card design and included resources (pngs, backgrounds, text, etc.).
Export as Card Design Set
From the Export menu you are given the option to export your entire design as a Design Set.
Once you click Export as Design Set, the save menu will come up. Enter the name, any applicable tags, and see a preview of the card design and included resources (pngs, backgrounds, text, etc.). Then select Save and choose the save location for the .fds file.
Import Card Design Set
To import a card design set, go to Design Library > Import Design Set. From there, upload the .fds file you exported from the software previously.
Download Card Design Sets
To download new Card Design Sets, go to Design Library > Download Card Designs.
You can filter the shown designs on the top right and to download a design, select Choose when you hover over it.
Use Card Design Sets
Auto Design
To Auto Design your card sets, open the Design Wizard. Under Design Style, select the applicable tag for the card you have saved. All cards labeled with this tag will be created at once. You can also save these cards to a custom Design for Me collection as shown in the video at the end of this article or linked here.
Manual Creation
If you have already created a card and would like to apply a different Design Set, select the Layouts button. You will automatically be redirected to the Layouts screen when creating a new card subproject.
From the Layouts screen, you can filter at the top for tags. You can then click to choose your desired Design Set and this will be applied to your card.
