Pre-loaded wall collections can be accessed under Design Library > Wall Collections from the top menu or by selecting Layouts from Room View and then Collections.  

In the Design Library, select the Wall Collections tab and hover your cursor over a collection to "Choose".

The set will be installed and saved to Layouts under Collections for future access.
