Manage Direct Orders

There are two ways of accessing your Direct orders through MyFundy.

1. From the landing page of the MyFundy dashboard

2. Through the "Go To" drop down menu in the upper right hand corner.

The Direct Orders landing page will give you a quick overview of orders you've started and completed.

1. Complete Order means that you've uploaded your order, but it has not been submitted to the lab. You can click the orange Complete Order button to finish submitting the order.

2. Cancelled means you uploaded the order, but deleted the order from your upload manager. It has not been submitted.

3. Closed means that the order was uploaded more than 30 days ago and the image files previously uploaded to us have been removed from our server. The project will remain unchanged on the customer end.
