Please try the following steps:
- If you are on a Mac and using Safari, try switching to Chrome or Firefox. Safari's restrictive cookies settings can cause issues loading proofs or slideshows.
- Make sure your Chrome or Firefox browser is up to date.
- Temporarily pause or uninstall any ad-blocker extensions.
- Temporarily pause or uninstall any antivirus programs that may be monitoring your browser.
