Saving Album Layouts

There are two ways to save layouts: pinning individual layouts or saving the entire album design. Both options are explained below.

Pinning Individual Spread Layouts

To save individual layouts, open the spread in Designer View and click the pin icon in the top toolbar.

Accessing Pinned Layouts

After clicking the Pin icon, select Layouts in the top right to go to the Designs page. From there, click My Designs and choose a pinned layout to apply to the spread.

Saving All Layouts in an Album

Click the Export icon and select Save as a Design Set.

Clicking Save as Design Set opens the save menu, where the name, tags, and a preview of the album design and resources (PNGs, backgrounds, etc.) can be selected. To transfer the design set to another computer, use the Export as Design Set option.

Applying Saved Design Sets

There are a few different options for applying a saved design set to a new subproject:

1. Click the Layouts button, then select Design Sets and choose the saved design set. From there, select a layout to apply it manually to the spread.

2. Open the Design Wizard and select the saved design set to apply it using Auto Design.

3. Save the design set as a Design For Me preset, then apply it during Auto Design.
