How to Direct Order Products
Fundy Designer’s Fundy Direct workflow lets you design and place album orders right from inside the software — without manually exporting files or uploading to a lab site. This streamlined process checks technical requirements, creates print-ready files, and seamlessly moves your album into the lab’s cart for finishing and checkout.
Export Album
From the export menu, select Order Direct from Lab and review the album information. Then select next and the software will verify your album settings are eligible for order.
Not all albums and options are available for direct ordering. If you do not see this option in your export menu, it is because one or more of your options is not available to be ordered direct. Please Resize your Album and select options that are available for direct ordering. These are notated by a grey star next to the product:
Create Print Files & Review Spreads
Wait for the software to create print files and then select Review Design to ensure all spreads are accurate.
Upload Print Product
Wait for the spreads to upload in our upload manage and then select Complete Order to move to the next step.
Cart Options
In the cart, choose the material cover, imprinting options, paper type, other options, and shipping.
If an option is not listed here, we do not currently support that option in the direct cart and you will have to Export for Print and order through your lab.
Billing Information
After the cart selections have been made, enter the billing information for this order and progress to the next step.
Review & Apply Credits
At this step, review all order details before submission and then submit the order.
