Where can I find my shipping information?
All orders placed through Fundy Direct (except for Graphi) show up under our lab account. We are happy to confirm orders and provide shipping information any time you submit a support ticket to Fundydesigner.com/support!
To have your orders will show up under your own lab account, you do have the option to Export For Print and order directly through your chosen lab.
What are the shipping lead times?
Shipping lead times for orders placed direct are the same as lead times when placed directly through the lab
Will clients get an invoice in their direct order?
When placing direct orders through Miller's, they will assume this is drop shipped and no invoices will be included.
What if the option I want isn’t listed?
If you do not see the option you'd like listed, we are not able to offer it through direct and you will need to place this order through your lab after choosing the Export for Print option.
