Export Albums, Wall Art, & Cards

Export Menu

To open the export menu, select the box with the arrow in the top right.

Export Choices

1. Order Direct from Lab. This option allows you to order your album, wall art, or cards directly from the software. See more here. 
2. Export for Print. This option exports print ready jpeg files of designs to be uploaded to the lab of your choice.
3. Create Design Proof. This option starts the process of creating a proof for clients to view.
4. Export for Web (Albums & Cards). This option exports spreads or cards at web quality so you could display these on a website or send to clients without fear they would print the files on their own.
5. Export for Splits (Album & Cards). Export single pages for upload, rather than spreads for albums. For cards, this will break up folded cards into front/back/inside bottom/inside top rather than inside/outside.
6. Export to PSD (Album). Export album spreads into PSD files. This will create a .jsx file on the computer, open this with Photoshop and the spreads will be created as PSD files.
7. Export to Web PDF (Album). Export spreads to a PDF file as spreads or single pages. 
8. Save as Design Set. Save a custom design to the software to reuse at a later time.
9. Export as Design Set. Export a design set as a .fds file to import into any computer and use.
10. Legacy Design Proofer (Album & Wall Art). If still using our old proofing system, this is the export option needed for those files.
11. Export for Wall Preview (Wall Art). Export the room with the wall art displayed on the wall to use for marketing or to show your clients. 
12. Wallpaper Export (Wall Art). Export your wall art as vertical splits for large format roll printers, with or without a overlap. Set the width of sections and the amount of overlap when exporting.

Export Options

Albums & Cards

When exporting, there are options for which you can customize your export.

1. Pages. Export all pages or a specific range.
2. Color Profile. Select the color profile for exports. We recommend using the same color profile the images are in so the exports do not shift in color.
3. Print File Names. Show the file names on the export for proofing or reference with clients.

Wall Art

Exporting wall art goes through the following steps:

• Select Export Option
• Select Rooms to Export
• Choose export location & color profile
• Preview the list of products that will be exported
