If you have a project started already, with all your images loaded, you can choose to add as many sub-projects as you want. Since all the images are already loaded, this saves you from having to import your photos every time you start a new sub-project from the same set of images.
From the project you are currently working on, select the Image Brander icon. Then select "New Image Brander".
Name Your Image Brander Sub-project
Once you select the Image Brander module, you will be prompted to enter the name of your Image Brander sub-project.
Drag and Drop Images into Planner View
Select the desired group of images with your mouse (holding down the Shift key or the Command/Control key to select multiple images).
Once selected, drag all the images from the project you want to brand into the Planner View.
Each of the selected images will populate the Planner View. You can always add more photos as you go.
Here, you can create your own customized looks to apply to your images, and save those looks for future use. The Style you create will be available to preview on all of the images in the Planner View. These styles are also available to use in Blog Collage.
Click the Apply or Design Styles button to open the Designer View where you will create a style or select a previously pinned style. All of the images in the queue will be available for branding.
Select the Default Style you would like to use. The styles panel will show you the first vertical and horizontal image in your Planner View so you can get a sense of how the style will look when applied. Keep in mind, you can make adjustments to customize your style after making a Default selection. Once you Apply and/or Pin a Style, that customized style will be added to the Personal Styles tab.
Designer View
Select the Default Style you want to work with. That Style will be applied to your selected image.
Note: The Style is not actually applied until you click Apply Changes, so feel free to preview all the Styles until you find the one closest to your desired look.
Previewing a Style
On the left and right sides of the Designer View, you can navigate through your selected images to preview the selected style.
Design Tools

Design Tools are located to the right of each image you are viewing in Designer View.
1) EXTERNAL EDITOR: This tab will allow you to open the image to an external image editor, like Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, etc., for editing. Once you save that image with changes, it will dynamically update in Fundy Designer. See the External Editor section of this page for more information.
2) BACKGROUND OPTIONS: This will allow you to change background color, make the canvas square (for Instagram) and extend the background canvas. See the Background Options section of this page for more information.
3) BLACK & WHITE/SEPIA: This will allow you to apply one of 3 Black & White or Sepia filters to your images. See the B&W/Sepia section of this page for more information.
4) EDIT: Edit provides you even further control over your design with stroke and drop shadow options. See the Edit section of this page for more information.
External Editor
When you click the External Editor icon, it will open your photo into the program you have designated as your external editor. If you have never set this up, you can choose your default External Editor from the Edit menu.
Once you save the changes to your image file in your external editor, Fundy Designer will dynamically update to reflect the changes.
Background Options

Clicking the Background Options icon will open the Background Options controls. From here, you can:
1. Add and/or change your border. Click the color box to change the color of your border.
2. Change the canvas to square (for Instagram ready styles)
3. Add an extension direction (Bottom/Top/Left/Right) as well as change the width of the extension.
B&W/Sepia

The BW icon will allow you to apply one of 3 Black & White or Sepia filters to the image as well as change the contrast. There is also an option to return the image to it's original color.
Edit

The Edit tab allows you to adjust the Image Stroke (color and size) and Drop Shadow (direction, opacity, distance, and blur).
The branding tools in Image Brander are where you can really customize your brand and save it to use in other projects, including Blog Collage.

Branding Tools are available above your image in Designer View and allow you to customize the images with your specific branded style.
1. Color Bar: Adds a horizontal color bar to your photo that can be altered in color and opacity
2. Custom Text: This tab allows you to add text to the image.
3. File Name: This will allow you to add the file name as dynamic text to the image.
4. Logo: Add or change your personal logo
5. Pin Style: Save current design to Personal Styles menu
Personal Logo
Once you click the Personal Logo icon, you will be given the opportunity to add new logos by clicking "Add Image".
You'll be prompted to locate the logo file you want to use. Select the logo file you wish to use, then click Open. The new logo will be imported to the logo library.
If you would like the background of your logo file to be transparent you will need to use a .png file with transparency. Image Brander also supports .jpg logo files.
You can continue to upload more logo files or simply click the logo you want to use to create your custom style. Once you click the logo, it will be applied to your image in Designer View.
*Please note that logos should not be more than 1000x1000 pixels
Pinned Designs
1) Once you have your brand style created the way you like it, click the Pin Style icon to save your style to use in other projects and Blog Collage.
2) Your pinned styles are saved under the Personal Styles tab.
Any pinned styles have a pin icon, indicating they are a saved style. If the circle is empty, it's simply a history state indicating a previously created style that was used by not saved. You can also click the circle to toggle the pin on/off.
Name your saved styles by clicking the default "Pinned Brander Style" text and changing the text.
Image Brander will keep up to 20 Recent Brander Styles by default. You have an unlimited number of available Pinned Styles that you can save to your Personal Styles panel. You can delete any of these styles at any time.
To remove an Unnamed Style, Recent Branded Style, Pinned Style or Exported Collage Style from the Personal Styles panel, right-click the name of the style and click Delete.
Once you have established a branded look that you're happy with, you'll want to Apply the Changes to your image(s). Or, if you decide you want to start over, you can Cancel and Revert Changes.

You have multiple options from the Designer View.
The Cancel tab will revert any brand changes you've made and return you to the Image View.
The Revert tab will remove all branding items and keep you in Designer View.
When you click the Apply Changes icon, you'll be presented with the options to apply those changes to:
1)...to all images - this applies the branded look you see in the Designer View to all of the images in the Planner View. This also automatically applies to any new images you drag from the thumbnail panel to Planner View.
2)...to horizontals - this applies the branded look you see in Designer View to all of the images in the Planner View with that style. (If we were viewing a Vertical image in Designer View, this would read: ...to all verticals.
3)...to this image - this applies the branded style you see in Designer View to just the image you are viewing.
Customized Branding
Using these tools, you can easily create different styles for your branding and apply them individually. It's easy to apply a certain style to horizontal images and another to vertical images. In the example above, you can see that there are two styles applied to the images in Planner View. One for horizontal images that's different than the style applied to the vertical images. Of course, you can also apply a different style to each image.
To export your branded images, click Export from top right icons. The Export panel will be displayed.
Enter the maximum width (pixels) of the exported images and the quality (1-100) you prefer in the available fields.

Click the "+ Add to Batch Queue" link to add this session to your Batch Export List.

If you have previously performed an export, the Recent Export Sizes will also be available to choose. You can choose as many sizes for your batch export as necessary.
To add more sizes from the Recent Export Sizes list, click the size you want from the list and it will automatically be added to the Batch Export List.
To remove a size from the Batch Export List, click the size you don't want and it will be deleted from the export list.
Multiple Export Sizes

If you have entered or selected multiple sizes for the batch export, a new folder will be created in your export location with the name of the size you set up for this session's export. This prevents the images from being overwritten with each exported size, as they will have the same filename.
Additional Images

This toggle allows you to apply your style to an additional folder of images. When you click Yes, you'll be prompted to located the folder of images you want to include in the batch export. Once you've done this, the name of the folder will appear below the Additional Images toggle.
The final step is to click Export to begin the export process.
*Workflow Tip: A great way to save time is to create an Image Brander project and only import one image. Once you select the style you want to apply and set up your export options, point it to an additional folder of images. This saves you time because you don't need to import the entire folder of images (i.e. a wedding) to your project to apply a style. Great way to quickly watermark and apply a style to a folder with a lot of images.
