After upload, there will be a link generated for the design proof. On the front page, there will be the splash page designed at upload, along with links to open the designs or watch the slideshow.
Slideshow
To watch the slideshow, select the Slideshow button from this page. The slideshow will then play.
Proof Designs
To proof designs, select the Proof Designs button. Then select open on the desired design. Use the arrows at the bottom to navigate through the designs.
List View
By default, the designs will open as a flipbook (shown above), however, you can also toggle this into a list view to easily scroll between spreads.
Make Comments
To make comments, select the area of the spread you would like to make comments on. Then make your comment and adjust the size and placement of the comment.
Send Comments
To send comments, select Send Comments in the top right. Then, select the designs to send comments for and followed by Send.
Approve Designs
To approve designs, select Approve for Print, followed by the designs that are approved. After selecting the applicable projects, select the confirmation at the bottom and initial for these designs.
