After a client has finished proofing a design, an email will be sent to the photographer. This will either be an email notating that there are comments or an email stating the designs were approved for print.
On a comment email, there will also be a link to the proof to view comments online (1), or the comments can be viewed in the software while you adjust your design. That project name will be listed in the email (2).
View Comments
In the software, select Show Comments when in Designer View. The spread, wall art room, or card name will be displayed at the top. Then hover over the comment to see exactly where they made the comment and what the design looked like for the client in the proof.
